Eric Mays Refuses To Step Down From Flint City Council [Video]

Even after Eric Mays was officially asked to resign by Flint city leaders, he stood firm in his convictions that he will stay at his post.

A press conference was held Friday where emergency manager Darnell Early, along Mayor Dayne Walling and city council president Scott Kincaid asked Mays to resign.

Mays responded to the call to resign, along with other accusations by calling Darnell Early a liar.

Strong words from a man who was allegedly trying to change four flat tires in a car that was headed north in the southbound lanes of 475.
