With all of the problems that the City of Flint has had with drinking water lately, it's no surprise that the Flint Children's Museum has decided to shut off their drinking fountains.

The Children's Museum is normally viewed as a haven in Flint for kids and families to explore, learn, and just have fun.  More than 40,000 people visit the museum every year, and that's why they posted the following notice this week.

Please be advised that the city of Flint was recently found in violation of a drinking water standard. Although it is not an emergency, as our guests, you have a right to know. Please consider consuming bottled water.

All of the drinking fountains have been turned off inside the Children's Museum as a reaction to the problems with Flint water.

The museum isn't the first Flint business to turn off their water, but as the list grows it seems like the pressure to fix the problem is growing even faster.
