Flint Residents To Vote On Legalizing Marijuana

According to MLive, Flint residents will vote on legalizing marijuana.  On the November election ballot resident of Flint will have a chance vote on whether or not having small amounts of marijuana will be legal.

In the past couple of years it seems like the debate on legalizing marijuana has increased.  I don't remember this topic of discussion coming up when I was younger but I guess times has changed.  Personally, I don't smoke or use marijuana so I don't think I will vote in favor for it.

Emergency Financial Manager Ed Kurtz approved the initiative to be placed on the ballot for the November election.  The proposal allows residents to have less than an ounce of marijuana and have parapharnelia on private property.
