I have been following this case closely since the news broke of the charges back in March of 2019.  I, along with my ex-husband and a few of our children, had been patients of Charles Jackson in the past. We had been patients at this now closed Hill Road practice years prior to the allegations surfacing.

According to reports, Jackson will now serve 5 to 10 years in prison for the assault charge, 23 months to five years in prison for the third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge and 17 months to two years in prison for the fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct charges. He will though receive credit for the 428 days he has already served.

The case involved 19 alleged victims, many of who took the stand to describe their individual accounts with Jackson. Four of those victims once again faced Jackson when they gave victim impact statements during his sentencing in the courtroom of Genesee County Circuit Court on Monday.

Jackson had is license suspended and his practice closed by the  Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
