Miles Bridges just finished a breakout season but instead of celebrating his accomplishments , he celebrated his moms birthday.

Most of us remember Miles Bridges from his years at Michigan State University, but the Flint native has been making a big noise in the NBA. He's already known as one of the leagues most electric dunkers, but this season he got a chance to showcase his full skill set. Bridges got to see quite a bit more playing time in Charlotte and had a breakout season averaging more than 12 points a game.

Bridges started playing his best ball at exactly the right time in Charlotte. He is wrapping up his rookie contract and will start negotiating his first major NBA deal over the next year.

This might have been part of the reason Bridges decided to go so big for his mom on her birthday this weekend. Check out the video below of Miles surprising his mom with a brand new whip.

Bridges played for Flint Northwestern before transferring to a prep school in West Virginia.

Despite leaving Michigan, Miles made it obvious where his heart was when he returned to Michigan State in 2016. Miles racked up the awards while in East Lansing, and after two years made his jump to the NBA.

So far in the NBA, Bridges has set the league on fire with his play above the rim. If you've been under a rock, without cable or internet, you might have missed some of his electricity. Check out Bridges top 10 dunks below so you can catch up a bit.
