Guy Cuts into England Police for Unlawful Stop [Video]

These England cops pulled over the wrong guy on the wrong day. Now I'm not that knowledgeable about what cops can legally do when they pull you over, but this guy clearly has the laws written on the back of his hand.

I need to seriously sit down and review my local laws, so in case I get pulled over by an asshole cop I know what to do and what to say.
