First there was just pics...now there's video proof.

I'm really thankful that the person recording started the video once they passed the "Naked Michigan Cowboy"

Sometimes you just want to get naked and walk on the highway during a blizzard. Of course the cops were there to arrest him towards the end of the video. I thought we lived in America?! What ever happened to FREEDOM?
