This is proof right here that we need to do stricter background checks on people that want to buy a gun.

Owning a gun may be a right, but it really should be changed to a privilege. Don't believe me? Watch this video. It's idiots like this that show that we need stricter enforcement on people that want to purchase guns. I mean seriously, would it hurt to do a quick psychological check? Maybe more than just a criminal background check? Before handing someone a loaded weapon we should be making sure the person buying the gun is mentally stable so situations like this don't happen. This could of easily turned into a road rage turned murder. Idiot.
