Genesee Valley Center Store Closure – What You Need To Know
A Flint Township store permanently closed on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 - two days earlier than expected.
We reported earlier this month that the Flint Township Express Factory Outlet was closing on Friday, April 26th, 2024.
However, at that time, we were unaware that Express, the company that owns all Express Factory Outlet stores, was filing for bankruptcy. Unfortunately, that means more Michigan Express Factory Outlet locations will be closing.
The Buckle closed its Genesee Valley Center location on Sunday, April 7th, 2024. No other Buckle stores have announced permanent closures.

It is unfortunate to see any business close and it is especially tough to see people lose jobs.
According to MLive, redevelopment of the Genesee Valley Center may be on the horizon. However, nothing has been confirmed at this time.
