Kate Upton Dumps Justin Verlander, Starts Rap Career [Video]

Kate Upton and Tigers Pitcher, Justin Verlander have always been a highly debated subject for Michigan baseball fans.  Is it a good thing or a bad thing that the best pitcher in baseball is hooking up with the hottest girl from Michigan?  That debate is over since she dumped him to move on to her rap career, but it starts a whole new conversation.

In an interview on Valentine's Day, the 'Sports Illustrated' covergirl said she does not have a boyfriend.  She was asked about Verlander and her ringing in the New Year together.   She responded "Actually, I'm single right now, so I spent my holiday in Melbourne" without explaining herself any further.

So just like that?  It's over now?  Now instead of a sexpot distraction, we have to worry about our ace having confidence issues?  All because Kate decided that it would better for her career to portray a 'single girl' life?

It didn't take her long to move on though, as she has already started a new adventure with Skullcandy, testing her boobs feet in the rap waters.

I guess at the end of the day it was one of those dream love affairs that was just to good to last.  Everyone knows that the Supermodel girl will never stay with the good guy, and I hope JV takes his frustrations out on opposing batters this year.

At least we can all agree that Kate looks good in a bikini . . . it doesn't really have anything to do with anything, it's just something we can agree on.
