A real-life "Project X":  A group of teens in Houston have been charged with wrecking a $500,000 home... just like in the hit film.

The teens threw a party in the empty house before going on a demolition spree that left the house looking like a tornado hit it. Nearly every window was smashed, walls were kicked in, doors were ripped from their hinges, and the place was destroyed.
