Two days before the release of his Dying to Live album, Kodak Black is taking care of press. While making the rounds today (Dec. 12), Kodak stopped by New York radio station Hot 97 to chop it up with the crew at Ebro in the Morning about his latest offering. However, things took a turn for the worse when Kodak was asked about his ongoing sexual assault case and decided to leave the interview.

During the interview, morning show host Ebro Darden states that Kodak's sexual assault case is a serious matter. He then suggests that Kodak come back at another time to discuss the charges further because he's aware that the rapper can't speak on the case in detail.

"We take sexual assault here serious and we can't get into detail, but we hope to have you back so that we could have a deeper conversation because this is a serious topic," Ebro states.

Noticing Kodak's body language, Ebro comments that Kodak looks upset, to which the Florida rapper replied, "I feel like sometimes when niggas like me going through shit, y'all be entertained by bullshit... Change the subject or I'm finna walk out." After giving an ultimatum, Kodak says, "Alright, I'm gone" and exits the interview.

Earlier this month, news broke that Kodak's sexual assault case trial has been set to begin in April 2019. The 21-year-old rapper has been accused of pinning down, biting and raping the alleged victim while in a hotel in Florence, S.C. back in February 2016.

Check out the full interview below. Kodak walks out of the interview around the 15:05-mark.
