Man Gets Charged for Slapping a Child [VIDEO]

I'm not one to say that it is wrong for you to hit a child but it at least has to be your child.

How many times have you been out in public or on a plane and there has been a out of control loud kid that you just wish you could slap?. Well according to CNN there is a Idaho man that not only had the thought he actually slapped a 19-month old toddler. Yup Joe Rickey Hundley is being charged with assaulting a minor when he allegedly yelled a racial slur and and open hand slapped the child.  First question I have is was it back hand or front hand?
