The two-week-old ban on flavored e-cigarettes has been blocked in the state of Michigan. According to WILX, the Court of Claims Judge Cynthia Stephens put in place a preliminary injunction on Tuesday October 15th.

Stephens is saying that she fears that adults would return to using more harmful tobacco products if e-cigarettes are banned.

A lawsuit was filed by vaping businesses, worrying about going out of business due to the ban.

According to the Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the ban was put into place to help combat teen vaping problems.
