Ship Your Gifts Today If You Want Them To Arrive For Christmas

Procrastinators take note that today is the last day to ship your packages for delivery before Christmas.

It doesn't matter if you are shipping a present or just a Christmas card, the deadline for Christmas delivery is Thursday.

According to UPS there will be roughly 2 Billion packages shipped by all carriers over the next few days. The influx is obviously due to the holidays, despite everyone knowing exactly when the holidays are.

I've never understood how someone gets to the last minute when it comes to established holidays like Christmas. It's not like the date changes every year, so why do people wait until the very last day.
