Being the super over protective mama I am, I researched a bunch of ways you can monitor your children with their tech.

Anthony Sanchez is a 'Water Agency Director' for Imperial, California and is finding himself in hot water after he was recorded beating his stepson with a belt. A neighbor recorded Sanchez whipping his stepson for dropping the ball during a game of catch!

I'm guessing it was "Thirsty Thursday" or something at the Chattanooga Lookouts game, and the cheap beer led to this dancing display.
