The ‘USS Detroit’ Launches With A Splash [Video]

The USS Detroit launched from Marinette last week, and the battleship will be joining the US Navy next year.

The ship dropped into the Menominee River with a dramatic splash.

Now it will head for the Detroit River for outfitting and testing, before joining the Navy.
