Thought-Provoking Video Shows How Racism Is a Serious Problem

The protests that have besieged Baltimore is the latest instance of how the issue of race relations continues to plague the country. It's a dilemma that has yet to be satisfactorily resolved, but one that persists.

The premise of the video is simple yet disturbing. Two people are in the exact same scenarios, with one person white and the other black. As the clip shows, with stats to back it up, black people are often at a disadvantage for no reason other than they're black.

The problem of race is indeed a problem and one that we've been grappling with for hundreds of years, so it's not like it will be resolved with the snap of a finger. This video illustrates the uphill battles black people have to fight, whether it's in trying to buy a car, applying for a job or being stopped by police.
