Say what you will about Jaden Smith but he has a heart of gold! After hearing about the elevated levels of lead still found in some of the local schools here in Flint Jaden teamed up with his dad to bring more bottled water to the city.

FLINT, MI - The Fresh Prince hasn't forgotten about Flint.

JUST, the eco-friendly water company founded by celebrity father-and-son duo, Will and Jaden Smith, has donated 9,200 bottles of water to Flint and says it will continue to give monthly to the city until lead levels in the public schools' water is below the federal threshold.

After reading in an MLive article about the high lead levels in some Flint schools, Just Water CEO Ira Laufer said the donation to the city was "a no-brainer."

"This just makes sense for us to do," Laufer said. "Jada Smith has visited Flint and met with the mayor. Flint is very dear to her heart ... After reading more about [Flint's] challenges and the mayor objecting to pulling bottled water from the schools, we thought 'Let's help these kids.'"

Laufer said the Smith family is "aware of the Flint donation and very excited."
