WTF?: Inmates Drinking and Flashing Guns In Prison (NSFW) [Video]

A group of inmates are showing off pistols, drinking beer, and shooting up what looks like heroin. Where in the hell did they get this stuff? What kind of prison is this?

I was completely taken back from this video! I've heard of inmates getting cell phones inside of a prison and other drugs but a gun!? I can't even wrap my head around this.
