50 Cent Is Recovering From A Serious Car Accident

50 Cent was involved in a serious accident Monday night when the SUV he was in was rear ended by a Mack truck.

ThisIs50 is reporting that the accident happened on the Long Island Expressway in Queens Monday night.   When the collision occurred, 50's SUV nearly flipped injuring him and his driver. Police say the driver of the truck lost control of his vehicle.

50 was taken to the nearest Queens hospital on a stretcher but was later released from the hospital after doctors ran tests on his neck and back.
