Draymond Green just donated a record setting amount of money to Michigan State University, and the $3.1 Million dollars is also more than Green has made in his NBA career so far.

Green had made around $2.7 Million dollars so far, but don't worry about his financial status.  He just signed a new contract with the Warriors for $85 Million, so the donation isn't going to break him in any way.

His $3.1 Million donation is the most anyone has ever given to MSU, and it will go toward both athletics and academics.  Green told ESPN about where some of the athletics money would go.

A portion of the funds will go toward building a new strength and conditioning room in the Breslin Center, a locker room, a recruiting lounge and a hall of history.

Green, who is originally from Saginaw, has already helped out his hometown, and is a shining example for kids in our area. Thank you Draymond, for continuing to rep our city, and state in such a positive way.
