Draymond Green Rewrites NBA Record Books With A Unique Triple Double
Saginaw native, Draymond Green, rewrote the NBA record books on Friday by becoming the first player ever to record a unique triple double.
Draymond has had plenty of triple doubles in his career, 15 to be exact, but the stat sheet on Friday told a very interesting story.
Dray had 12 boards, 10 assists, 10 steals, 5 blocks, and only four points. I know what you're thinking, "A triple double without points?!" Yes! That's what makes it so special.
It's the first time in league history that a player has recorded a triple double with boards, dimes, and steals.
Draymond plays on the most talented team in the NBA, but still finds his way to contribute, lead, and make history.
