Flint McDonald’s Offers Free Frozen Drinks During Vaccination Clinic
"I'll have the Big Mac meal with a vaccine please". It may sound a bit far fetched, but it's the real deal.
The Genesee County Health Department will be offering up free COVID-19 vaccines at a Flint McDonald's over the next few days. The free vaccine clinic will be going on at the McDonald's at the corner of Miller Road and Ballenger Hwy.
Of course there is a sweet McDonald's incentive! Those receiving a vaccine will receive a Be Our Guest card for a free frozen McDonald’s frozen beverage. Not a bad offer actually.
Free vaccines will be offered to anyone 12 years of age or older and will be available starting today, Thursday July 8th, at the following times:
- Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Genesee County Health Department will be set up in a tent in the back parking lot of the McDonald's location. Keep in mind that kids ages 12 to 17 need parental consent to receive a vaccine. The good thing is that you can just stop by. No appointments or preregistration are necessary for the vaccine.
