Lil Nas X Jokes He’ll Push His Grandma Down If Lil Uzi Vert Doesn’t Remix “Panini”

Lil Nas X really, really wants Lil Uzi Vert on his remix to “Panini.”

On Thursday (Aug. 8), Nas X jumped into Uzi's comment section on his Instagram account and asked him again to do the “Panini” remix with him. “Hop on panini or imma push my grandma down,” he jokingly wrote.

We don’t know if Uzi saw Nas X's comment or not. As for the IG post, the Philly rapper seems to be enamored with his new set of expensive jewels he's apparently just copped. Uzi shared a video of himself with embedded diamonds in his teeth. Uzi also showed off some new diamond-encrusted rings and a flossed-out cross and roses necklace.

As we previously reported, Nas X initially thought Uzi gave him some shade when the Philly rapper didn't message back in response to his direct message on social media about doing the "Panini" remix with him. For his part, Uzi insisted that he didn't ignore the rapper.

“I didn’t leave him on read, I liked [the song], I sent a heart to Lil Nas X,” he told TMZ. “If he [wants] me to do it, okay. I never met him but I’ll meet him. I can’t wait.”

There's no word if Nas X actually reached out to Uzi's camp or not after the initial DM. But it looks like the ball is in his court.
