Lil Wayne and Jay-Z have a strange relationship. They have this competition thing yet Wayne has always been a HUGE fan of Jay. And not to mention they have the same last name... DEEEEEEP! Ok really there's not much here except that a while ago "Baby" Birdman said that Lil Wayne has as much money as Jay-Z He must be smokin that Charlie Sheen!
