Michigan Teens Facing Child Pornography Charges for Posting Sex Photos on Social Media

Some Michigan students could be facing child pornography charges, after police say they posted dirty photographs of a “sex act” that allegedly took place in the vicinity of Grandville High School. The pictures were posted on the social media over the weekend and have since gone viral.

According to the Grandville Police Department, the photos, which were brought to their attention by the Superintendent of Grandville Public Schools, Ron Caniff, shows two teenagers getting in on while a crowd of horny onlookers enjoys the exhibition. It is apparent that at least one of the naughty participants is underage, which has authorities eager to bring the copulating culprits to justice.

“We are not in a place to impose a consequence if it’s out of our jurisdiction,” said Caniff. “Upon our initial investigation, this incident did not occur on school property or during a school activity.”

Wyoming Police Captain Kim Koster says anyone who possess or distributes photos of underage people engaged in sexual activity can be charged with child pornography. “Nobody should be sharing them,” she said.
