More Flint Residents Forced To Boil Water Due To E. Coli [Video]

The water issues in Flint have expanded a water boil advisory to much of the west side.

The original notice covered an area bordered by Dupont Street, Dayton Street, Lavelle Road and the Flint River.

Over the weekend officials expanded that area north, to an area bordered by; Stewart Avenue, Saginaw Street, Hamilton Avenue, and Clio Road.

The water has tested positive for E. Coli and other harmful bacterias.  The boil advisory will kill the harmful bacteria, and is in place until city officials can find the source of the contamination.
