New Federal Mandate Forces Employers To Vaccinate Employees
President Joe Biden has just announced a new sweeping mandate that will force employers with over 100 employees to get vaccinated or face expensive infraction charges.
This is one that's gonna cause a huge backlash for the Biden administration. Granted the new Delta variant is gaining momentum with new cases popping up every day, which seems like a good excuse to pull the trigger on such a huge mandate. But when you threaten job security and force people to inject something into their bodies that they don't want. You're asking for a lot of trouble.
President Joe Biden announced sweeping new orders Thursday that will require employers with more than 100 workers to mandate immunizations or offer weekly testing. The new rules could affect as many as 100 million Americans, although it's not clear how many of those people are currently unvaccinated.
Reports suggest that a ton of companies from the private sector are already implementing the vaccine mandate, but I think over this weekend we could see some serious backlash. Michigan is one of only a few states that doesn't like being told what to do. Recently a bunch of kids forced their way into a Michigan classroom to ignore the new mask mandate. Then a bunch of Genesee County parents and students have scheduled a massive protest/ walkout today. And that's just over wearing face masks! Can you imagine how people are gonna react this weekend when they find out that their job is gonna force them to get a vaccine?
I'm all for public safety and I've been vaccinated myself. But when you take away a person's ability to choose what they wanna do with their body by threatening their employer. Your asking for problems...
