Anytime Saginaw High and Arthur Hill meet on the basketball court, tensions will run high.  Mondays District Playoff game in Clio was no different, but when the final buzzer rang, things got ugly on the court.

Saginaw High ended up winning the game 53-51 when a last second shot from Arthur Hill fell just short, and both teams left the court. That's when fans from both schools poured onto the floor, and eventually started to fight.

MLive reports that one Arthur Hill coach had to be forcibly removed from the court after punches were thrown.

If there is a bright spot to be found in this melee, it's that all of the players were safely off the court during the squabble.

Saginaw High will now advance to play Clio on Wednesday night at 7:30pm.
