The “Seize Testicles” Works Every Time [Video]

"Seize Testicles" sounds like a term that you would likely hear in a hospital, or nursing home.  It does not sound like a good method of self defense.

This video is obviously from the 80's, but the advice from 20 years ago is probably just as useful today as it was then.

If you've ever found yourself in a fight, or in a position of having to defend yourself this is a must watch!  (Unless you are a man, then this is just painful and uncomfortable).I would be very interested to find out if this is an actual martial arts move.  If so does that mean that "Scratch Eye" or "Pull Hair" are also legitimate moves?

This method would most definitely work, but you might have a hard time finding a partner to practice with.
