Velly Beretta Talks About Loss Inspiring His Music and More On The 8-1-Show

The 8-1-Show is filled with filled with great music from artists in and around Flint this week, and we chop it up with Velly Beretta.

Velly stopped in studio to talk about his new project 'Solidarity' on the 8-1-Show, and where the inspiration for some of the tracks came. The track that we feature from Velly is an especially personal look into how the tragedy of losing loved ones can take a toll on you. The crazy part about the song is how many of us in the studio at the time knew the names that were mentioned on the track.

Velly also talks about how every artists worst nightmare became a reality for him, when all of his music was lost shortly after completing the project.
