Wahlburgers Restaurant Could Be Coming To Flint

There is a new Wahlburgers restaurant set to open in Taylor, MI, and Mark Wahlberg was there over the weekend. According to MLive, he said he hopes to see the chain expand across Michigan.

The only open location we have in Michigan is on Monroe Street in Detroit. The Taylor location is expected to open soon, and there are plans for another location in Royal Oak. During Mark's Sunday visit in Taylor he said he has a team looking at possible locations for the chain. Lansing, Ann Arbor, and Flint were the three cities he mentioned.

According to the Wahlburgers website, there are twenty-one locations open right now, with many more on the way. It looks like they even have a food truck in a couple of cities. I really hope Flint is the next Michigan location to open. Not only because I've heard their food is amazing, but because the Wahlberg family is very involved in each community we choose, and that would be great for our city.
