A YouTube video is going viral after police allegedly stomped on a mans head causing him to suffer a seizure.

The video doesn't go into a lot of detail, but you can see the man suffering a seizure and in handcuffs.

I know someone is going to comment with "Well he should of not resisted arrest!" but lets take a second to think about this, the man is handcuffed. That is a fact. The chances of him resisting with his hands behind his back are slim. Sure, he might of wiggled around a little, but that's enough reason to stomp on his head? No, it isn't.

Police brutality is a big issue in this country and as much as I agree that officers should be respected, they also shouldn't be stomping on suspect's heads. What ever happened to using a taser to subdue someone?
