Genesee County remains under a warning due to the mosquito born virus 'Triple E' that has killed three people in Michigan so far.

The deaths have been on the west side of the state, but EEE has been found in animals in Genesee and Lapeer counties. Michigan Health officials have place both counties under a warning due to the potential dangers. Schools in the area have started to take precautions to help protect students, and now Flint Schools have taken a big step.

Flint Community Schools have announced that all football games will start at 5pm instead of 7pm because of the warning. The earlier start time helps to keep people from being outside after dark when the mosquitoes are most active.

The Facebook post also includes other steps residents can take to help protect themselves.

Normally I'm not one to get worried about things like this, but the effects that Triple E can have are scary as hell! Make sure to do everything you can to protect you and your family.
