Michigan Installs Talking Urinal Cakes To Prevent DUI’s [Video]

Michigan has stepped up the fight against DUI's with talking urinal cakes.

The state has started issuing talking urinal cakes to bars that play a recorded message when guys step up to pee.

The message reminds them to call a cab or a friend to get home safely.

It's part of a statewide Fourth of July crackdown on DUI's.
