Michigan Middle School Students To Face Drug Charges In Pot Brownie Case
Genesee County Prosecutor's Office has announced it plans to charge two former Bentley Middle School students with delivery of marijuana after allegedly passing out marijuana-laced brownies to unsuspecting students.
The incident occurred at Burton Middle School after two former students passed out the pot brownies to the students. Both students were charged as juveniles.
