Mother Makes Daughter Fall Out Of Walmart Shopping Cart [Video]

The video shows a mom in Walmart intentionally jerking her cart so that her daughter falls out backwards on to the floor.

Concerned customers came over to the area after the mom could be heard screaming at her daughter for around 10 minutes throughout the entire store.

The craziest part about the whole thing is that as the group of customers confront the mom she says, "I didn't mean to do that one."

That one?! Implying that she had done it before intentionally?!

Nevermind the fact that the lady doesn't bother to get off the phone during the whole thing, or that the little girl already has a broken wrist!

This video shows bad parenting at its worst.
