Shocking Video Shows Student Shoving Elderly Teacher to the Ground

The number of violent incidents involving students and teacher seems to have risen over the past couple of months.  Caught on tape, an elderly teacher was pushed down by a large student over a cell phone.  In my Marvin Gaye voice, "What's going on?"

A 6 foot 3 325lbs student proved he has no respect for his elders.  When a substitute teacher confiscated his cell phone in class, he responded by violently shoving her.  While the incident was taking place, students laughed and were entertained by disrespectful moment.

The student quickly walked himself down to the principal's office where he was arrested by police.  Student from the school are extremely disappointed by the incident.  After watching the video, what should his punishment be?
