Swartz Creek Kroger Throws Out Food After Man Pees Inside Store

The police are investigating this as a case of indecent exposure and destruction of property.

A 69-year-old man was caught relieving himself in the deli section of the Swartz Creek Kroger on Sunday. A customer saw him and informed an employee, who then took a picture. The picture lead to the man's arrest.

The man is claiming that he has a prostate problem. Facebook comments on the news story indicate that others have seen him do the same thing at a local Meijer.

Kroger employees quickly threw out food within the vicinity and cleaned the area.
