Teachers Are The Focus Of The Saginaw Valley State University Job Fair

Teachers that are looking for a job should plan on being at SVSU today for their education job fair.

The need for qualified teachers is at an all time high, so SVSU is trying to bring everyone into one room.

There will be more than 30 school districts represented at the job fair, and they will be hiring for almost all positions.  The open positions cover everything from K-12 teachers, to substitutes, and even administrators.

Coming from a family of teachers, I can say that this is one of the hardest, but most rewarding jobs out there.  This job fair will be a great opportunity for young, excited teachers to meet the schools that could use them most.

The job fair happens today (Tuesday June 13th) from 12n-2p at Gilbertson Hall.  If you're looking for a job, you should have a resume with you to apply.
