Its crazy saying that Monte Morris is a former Beecher Point Guard, well its true, the hometown kid made his official arrival to Iowa State University in June. From the looks of it, he is making a smooth transition in preparation for an outstanding freshman season.

'Man-Man' was a superstar in the Basketball world of Michigan since his freshman year, his poised and smooth demeanor played a major part in his success as a basketball player and student. Now he is the new kid on Iowa State University's campus and he has to start from the bottom.

Nothing new at all to a kid from the outskirts of Beecher, Man-Man is a natural born leader and if his numbers are anywhere near his High School numbers -- then he should be a definite lottery pick AFTER HE GETS HIS BACHELOR'S DEGREE or before.
