Krogers in Michigan will be set to start carrying CBD products this week! The game has officially changed.

Holy crap! Who knew that CBD products would be our salvation!? I knew it was only a matter of time before recreational marijuana became legal but it's cousin CBD or cannabidiol is first in line!

Now you may have already seen the change start to happen with local gas station's carrying certain products, but now the heavyweights have jumped and now the future is even brighter for cannabis-related products. It's about time...

Michigan is one of 17 states where Kroger stores will add CBD lotions, balms, oils and creams to their shelves this week.

CBD -- or cannabidiol -- is derived from the cannabis plant and can be used to relieve pain and anxiety. Most CBD is derived from hemp -- which was federally legalized by the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. CBD products can only contain up to 0.3 percent THC -- tetrahydrocannabinol -- which means they do not cause the psychoactive effects that marijuana users experience.
