If you noticed a line of first responders rolling through downtown Flint on Saturday, but didn't know exactly what was going on, it was a group of Michigan's first responders paying tribute to Sandy Hook.

There were 22 vehicles in the precession, one for each victim of the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy.  The group started near the Michigan/Ohio border Saturday morning and made their way north on I-75.

Along the way to Sault Ste. Marie, the convoy rolled through downtown Flint collecting donations to send to the families.  Along with the money raised, they will also deliver a sculpture from a Grand Blanc artist, made as a memorial to the school.
