Woman Quits Her Job Creating Viral Videos While Dancing Her Way Through A Viral Video [Video]

Marina was sick and tired of working at her job where the boss only cared about the number of views her videos would get online.  So she created a video which has racked up more than 4 Million views, of her dancing and quitting her job.

She explained exactly what was going on in the YouTube comments like this:

I have put my entire life into this job, but my boss only cares about quantity, how fast we write and how many views each video gets. I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come. Here is a little video I made explaining my feelings.
